Q:
Do you require a prescription?
A:
The answer is no. Happy Family Pharmacy does not issue, check or accept prescriptions. Prescription, assigning and dosage should be handled by your doctor.
Q:
How long is the order processed and delivered?
A:
After you place and pay for the order, we will process and send it within 1 business day (usually). Estimated delivery time depends on the country, place of residence and the chosen delivery method. EMS (Express Mail Service): 3-8 working days. Airmail: 2-3 weeks.
Q:
What is the cost of delivery?
A:
Orders over $200 are shipped free of charge. Orders less than $200 are shipped with the rates of the courier service that you choose.
Q:
What medications do you offer?

Q:
What if the packaging of the drug or medication is damaged?
A:
We value our reputation and therefore carefully pack all medicines sent. We are sorry if you received a damaged parcel. Take photos of the damage, contact the operators of the medical store as soon as possible and provide photos. We can re-send you a new product or refund the money, if the products came damaged.
Q:
There was no write-off on my card — what to do?
A:
Check the correctness of the data you entered at the checkout. Contact your bank; it may not make international payments for security reasons.
Q:
How to be sure of the quality of your products?
A:
Our main goal is to establish and deepen trustful relationships with clients. Many of our customers buy drugs that can be used for months or years, so we want them to return to us again. We work directly with manufacturers and authorized distributors, providing the best medicines and delivery terms for all our customers.
Q:
What if I didn’t get my package or it was lost?
A:
All complaints about delays and lost shipments can be addressed to our online pharmacy. First, check the timeout period for the selected delivery method. Sometimes, customs can temporarily delay the parcel delivery; it is beyond our control.
Q:
What is the shelf life of the drugs you send?
A:
In the case of oral medicines such as pills or capsules, the typical shelf life is 24 months. You can find complete information about the expiration date and storage conditions on the package.
