After you place an order and pay, we will send it to your local post office. Then, your medicine or other product will be delivered to your home, office or other indicated address.

AirMail. Delivery is made within 14-21 days. The specified time is approximated. Usually, delivery time does not include weekends, holidays and the day of receipt. Orders over $200 are delivered free of charge.

EMS. Express Mail Service (EMS) provides fast data processing and delivery of pharmaceutical products in 3 to 8 business days. Orders over $200 are delivered free of charge. There is an order tracking system.

Please note that in some cases, when сustoms inspect goods, it may take several more days to obtain them. We are not responsible for any customs delays.

An order made through your Happy Family Store account is deemed to be confirmed by you, and you will receive an order registration letter to the email address you have provided. The standard order processing time is 1 business day. Processing each order implies you receive info about the shipping cost.

Although Happy Family Store has implemented a tracking system for drugs in stock, there may be exceptions when the product may be unavailable at the time of order. If a medication is not in stock, we will try to solve the problems as soon as possible or offer you an alternative.
